Given the personalized nature of the products we create at Framebird, we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns. Your custom artwork is meticulously crafted to reflect your unique bond with your beloved pet.
If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your final product, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through our contact form or via email at hello@frame-bird.com. Rest assured, our commitment to customer satisfaction means we will always go the extra mile to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final masterpiece.
In the event that you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your order sustains damage during transit, we will promptly replace it, no questions asked. Kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.
If you've recently placed an order and have had a change of heart, you have a two-hour window to cancel your order. After this period, cancellations will be subject to our discretion. This policy is in place because our talented artists often begin work immediately upon order placement.
It's essential to bear in mind that when we create your artwork, we rely on the photo you've provided with your order. To ensure the production of a high-quality artwork, it is your responsibility to adhere to our photography guidelines and submit a high-quality photo. Low-quality photos will inevitably result in subpar artwork. While we do accept notes with orders for special requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. For instance, we cannot perform extensive edits like altering mouth positions or adding smiles. However, we can address minor requests such as red-eye removal or eye color adjustments.
Please take note that all examples showcased on our website were crafted from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality photos do not allow our design team to achieve the exceptional quality finish you see on our site.
