Shipping Times
USA, Australia & New Zealand: We estimate orders to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks.
UK, Ireland, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks.
NOTE: Please prepare for possible delays during the Christmas period as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.
Shipping Cost
Shipping prices are a flat fee per order:
USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK: $9.95
UK, Ireland & Europe: $9.95
Canada: $9.95
Rest of world: $14.95
Important to Note:
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 12 hours of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
• We offer 'skip the queue artwork creation'. This option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will lengthen the production time.
• We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
